2020: The Gamer League is founded

In 2020, The Gamer League was founded to carry the 2018 initiative into permanent form: a national ecosystem for the gaming industry in Egypt and the Arab world.

Under one umbrella it unites esports leadership, industry localization, and mental and physical rehabilitation for long-hour screen users.

The league operates under the General Union for Arab Producers, through its General Division of Digital Gaming Industry.
